Local Shifting: This is when you move inside New Delhi or NCR. For example, moving from Rohini to Dwarka, or Lajpat Nagar to Gurgaon. We usually finish this in just one day. We use a smaller or medium truck.
Intercity Shifting: This is when you move from New Delhi to a different city (like Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, or Patna). This takes longer because the truck has to drive on the highway for days. For this, we use big, heavy container trucks that are sealed for safety.

Answer: We are very, very careful. We treat your things like babies. But, honestly, accidents can happen to anyone—maybe a bad road bump or a sudden storm. That is why we offer Transit Insurance. Think of insurance like a seatbelt. You hope you never need it, but it is good to have it just in case. If you take insurance and something gets damaged during the truck journey, the insurance company pays for the loss. We help you fill out the forms so you get your money. We strongly recommend this for long-distance moves.

Answer: We don't just guess a number! The price depends on a few real things: Volume: How much stuff do you have? (A 1-room set is cheaper than a 3-bedroom house). Distance: How far are we driving? (Moving 5km is cheaper than moving 500km). Packing Material: Do you need lots of bubble wrap and boxes? The Floor: Do you live on the Ground Floor or the 4th Floor with no lift? (Stairs are hard work!). Vehicle Type: Do you need a small tempo or a big container? To give you the correct price, we like to see your items first (either by visiting or by video call). This way, we give you a fixed price with no cheating.

Answer: Yes! Most movers just dump the boxes and leave. But we know you are tired. If you want, our team will help you unpack. We will open the boxes, take out the bubble wrap, and help you put the plates in the kitchen and the clothes in the cupboard. We can set up the bed so you can sleep that night. If you want this extra help, just tell us when you book so we can plan the time.

Answer: Yes, for safety reasons, we cannot put these things in our truck: Gas Cylinders (Full or Empty): They can explode in the heat. Petrol/Diesel/Oil: Very dangerous. Paints and Chemicals: They can spill and ruin your furniture. Pets (Dogs/Cats): Please take your furry friends in your car! The truck is not safe for them. Plants: Pots can break, and plants might die in the dark truck. It is better if you carry delicate plants yourself.

Answer: It is not a problem for us, but it is hard work! If you live on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th floor and there is no lift, our boys have to carry heavy fridges and sofas up the stairs on their backs. Because this takes a lot of extra strength and time, we charge a small "Labor Charge" extra for floors without lifts. We will tell you this price before we start, so don't worry.

Answer:
For Local Delhi Moves: We usually start at 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM. We pack for 3-4 hours, load, drive, and unload. Usually, by 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM, we are finished. You can sleep in your new home that same night!
For Long Distance: It depends on the kilometers. Delhi to Mumbai might take 3-4 days. Delhi to Bangalore might take 6-7 days. We don't drive fast; we drive safe.

Answer: It is best if you or someone you trust is there. You don't have to work—you can just sit and watch! But being there is good because you can tell us, "Be careful with that vase" or "Pack these clothes separately." Also, at the end, you need to check the truck to make sure we loaded everything. If you are busy at the office, you can ask a friend or family member to supervise for you.

Answer: Yes. For long-distance moves, we stay in touch with you. We can share the driver's number or give you updates on WhatsApp like: "The truck has crossed Jaipur" or "The truck will reach you tomorrow morning." You will never feel lost.

Answer: If you want to pack your own personal things (like undergarments, medicines, or jewelry) before we come, we can provide you with a few boxes in advance. Just ask us! However, for the big things and fragile things, please let us pack them. We are professionals and we know how to wrap them so they don't break.
