2. Billing Policy
The biggest fear people have is “Hidden Charges.” You know, when someone says “It will cost ₹5,000” but then later says “Oh, you have to pay ₹2,000 extra for the stairs!” We hate that. We don’t do that.
How We Charge:
We Give a Quote First: We look at your items (or you tell us the list) and we give you a written price (Quotation).
What is Included: Our price usually includes the packing material, the labor (workers), the truck, and the loading/unloading.
No Surprises: The price we agree on is the price you pay.
Exceptions: The only time the price changes is if you change the plan. For example, if you suddenly decide to move 2 extra cupboards that you didn’t tell us about before, then the price might go up a little bit. But we will tell you before we move them.
We explain everything clearly: “This is for packing,” “This is for the truck,” “This is for insurance.” We want you to be happy when you pay, not angry.
3. How We Work (Our Step-by-Step Method)
We follow a strict recipe for every move. It goes like this:
The Chat: You call us. We ask what you need to move. We might visit your house to check.
The Plan: We tell you the price and pick a date.
The Packing Day: Our team comes on time. They bring boxes and tape. They pack everything safely.
The Loading: We put everything in the truck carefully.
The Drive: We drive slowly and safely to your new place in New Delhi (or another city).
The Unloading: We take everything out and put it in your new rooms.
The Happy Ending: You check everything. If you are happy, then we are done!
This simple plan makes sure nothing goes wrong.
4. Terms & Conditions (Rules for a Smooth Move)
To make sure everyone is safe, we have a few simple rules:
Dangerous Items: We cannot move dangerous things like Gas Cylinders, Paints, Chemicals, or Fireworks. These can explode in the truck! Please carry these yourself or dispose of them.
Valuables: Please keep your Jewelry, Cash, Passports, and Laptops with you in your own bag. We are honest, but these things are too personal and precious to put in a truck.
Rescheduling: If you need to change the moving date, please tell us 24 hours before. We plan our trucks in advance, so last-minute changes are hard for us.
Delays: Sometimes, there is a traffic jam in Delhi or heavy rain. If we are late because of this, we will call you and tell you. We won’t just disappear.

Third-Party Assistance
In rare situations, if manpower or extra vehicles are needed urgently, we may work with trusted third-party helpers.
But responsibility still stays with Pranjal Logistics Packers and Movers New Delhi unless clearly informed otherwise.
Item Condition at Pickup
We request customers to check items before packing.
If something is already cracked or weakened, we pack it carefully but cannot guarantee its durability.
Demarcation of Work
Our job includes:
• Packing
• Loading
• Transport
• Unloading
• Basic rearranging
Electric fitting, drilling, plumbing, and interior work are not included.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions may cause delay.
In such cases, delivery time may extend slightly.
